Zer-O Series Grant Park

Description

This Zero-O training features a short course at Grant Park in NE Portland. The course will be a 3 leaf "motala" design, with each leg being about 1 Km. (In a motala race, participants do several loops out and back from the start area, making them suitable for smaller parks.)

Schedule

Starts will be open from 6:00 to 6:30. Late comers are welcome but control pick up will begin about 20 to 30 minutes after the last start or 7:00, whichever comes first.

Where to Meet

Meet at the shelter in the NE corner of the park.  Good parking is near NE 36th and NE Brazee.

Beginners

As at all CROC meets, beginners are welcome! Participants or the meet director will be happy to give you tips for getting started in the sport.

Cost: Free!

RSVP

Please RSVP to the meet director at the email below by 6pm the day prior to this event so that we have a map for you. If you do not RSVP, you can't promise you'll get a map.

About the Zer-O Series

On all "Zer-O" dates (10th, 20th, 30th of the month) from April through September, CROC offers training courses - some with added training exercises - in different Portland area parks. These are informal events, with no fees, no timing and no results posted.
