Description
This Zero-O training event features a short course at the Pearl District. The course is 2.3 km and flat. The course runs through the Pearl District focusing on 3 parks (Jamison Square, The Fields, and Tanner Springs) plus other interesting elements of the Pearl such as alleys and pedestrian areas.
Participants MUST obey traffic laws and comply with pedestrian crossing signals. The map has marked NW Lovejoy as uncrossable except at designated pedestrian crossings and signals. Remember, this is NOT a race; safety is the most important consideration. There are a number of controls in close proximity, so careful map reading will be needed. The course is designed to allow participants to cut out groups of controls if a shorter course is desired.
Cost: No charge!
Schedule
Starts will be open from 6:15. Late comers are welcome but control pick up will begin about 20 to 30 minutes after the last start or 7:15, whichever comes first.
