So, what's a quartermaster party?
It's CROC's annual work party to inventory, organize and otherwise do spring cleaning in our equipment storage shed, which experiences a bit of, shall we say, entropy over the course of a year. 

Okay, but what will we be doing?

Last year we set up the new shed and spent a good deal of time organizing and cleaning.  This year our focus will be:

• inventory control flags
• organize the shelves
• check containers to make sure what’s in them matches the labeling

and if we get enough help, recycle or otherwise get rid of what we no longer need and maybe even better organize the two sheds

This is a great way to get to know what it takes to put on an event and see all the equipment that we use.  Best of all you don’t need any orienteering experience to help out, so if you are new there’s no better way to get involved.

Oh, and snacks and beverages will be served.  =^)
